Caring Communities is a nonprofit, community-based organization providing free HIV/HCV/STD clinical testing services. We also provide case management and linkage to medical care for those who are HIV and/or HCV positive, and harm reduction services for those at risk for acquiring communicable diseases. Our offices are located in Hazleton, and Wilkes-Barre, Bloomsburg, Towanda and Hawley, PA. Office hours in Wilkes-Barre, Bloomsburg, Towanda are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Hazleton office hours vary.
