Date: 4/4/2017 Time: 2:00 PM TO 6:00 PM 37 East Chestnut Street Hazleton, PA 18201 Phone: 570-459-4935 Event Description: The City of Hazleton will be sponsoring a free event for residents to shred personal and confidential documents on Tuesday April 4th - 2 PM to 6 PM. Where: South Wyoming Street Parking lot, at 37 E. Chestnut St. across from Center City Apartments on 70 S. Pine St. What: City residents and businesses can bring up to 4 boxes at a time of documents to be shredded for FREE. Paper clips, staples, and plastic windows do not need to be removed. Checkbook covers, metal or plastic clips MUST be removed. How: Put your documents in a bag or box, pull up, stay in your car, and we will empty your boxes into the shredding truck where they are shredded on the spot, rain or shine. It is possible that the event will end early if truck is filled. Feed the hungry and protect your identity at the same time!
