Incorporated in 1970, CTC has a history of providing job training and employment for adults with disabilities in Northeast Pennsylvania. Areas of specialization include assembly and packaging, and commerical sewing with truck pick-up and delivery throught the Greater Hazleton Area. We work on and off-site.
